My research analyses the link between the dynamics of exporters and local production network in the context of developing countries. In the first paper, I assemble a novel set of firm-level data in Vietnam to analyse the heterogeneous impacts of non-tariff barriers on export dynamics. In the second paper, I establish the link between export value-added and employment impact at the local level. In the third one, I evaluate the potential benefits of regional free trade agreement in Africa on dynamics of bilateral trade flows.
